Job description:
- Responsible for the mainly telephone acquisition and management of accounts and agencies
- Conduct contract negotiations with a focus on key performance indicators
- Analysis of market and client potential
- Develop customer specific targeting concepts and plan acquisition activities
- Maintain and service existing retail partners and handle their requests and complaints (technical issues, billing inquiries, reporting requests)
- Administrative tasks such as CRM database maintenance, partner contract management, partner mailing/information
Your profile:
- Significant experience in sales within the American E-Commerce Market
- Proven track record of working with all types of retail and account partners
- The ability to identify new opportunities and strategies to sell the services
- The ability to develop strong relationships with the customer base
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, at all levels, both written and verbal, and preferably fluent in a second language
- Able to work effectively in a fast paced business and manage multiple priorities
- Work successfully, both autonomously and within a team
- Must be able to use key Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Bachelor degree level, minimum 2.1
