Sales Manager UK (m/f)

Job description:

  • Responsible for the mainly telephone acquisition and management of accounts and agencies
  • Conduct contract negotiations with a focus on key performance indicators
  • Analysis of market and client potential
  • Develop customer specific targeting concepts and plan acquisition activities
  • Maintain and service existing retail partners and handle their requests and complaints (technical issues, billing inquiries, reporting requests)
  • Administrative tasks such as CRM database maintenance, partner contract management, partner mailing/information

Your profile:

  • Significant experience in sales within the British E-Commerce Market
  • Proven track record of working with all types of retail and account partners
  • The ability to identify new opportunities and strategies to sell the services
  • The ability to develop strong relationships with the customer base
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, at all levels, both written and verbal, and preferably fluent in a second language
  • Able to work effectively in a fast paced business and manage multiple priorities
  • Work successfully, both autonomously and within a team
  • Must be able to use key Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Bachelor degree level, minimum 2.1
