Job description:
- You support the Sales Manager with the telephone acquisition of new accounts
- Conduct contract negotiations with a focus on key performance indicators
- Maintain and service existing retail partners and handle their requests and complaints (technical issues, billing inquiries, reporting requests)
- Analysis of market and client potential
- Administrative tasks such as CRM database maintenance, partner contract management, partner mailing/information
Your profile:
- Have already gained initial sales experience within the American E-Commerce Market
- Have a passion for internet and Online-Shopping
- Enjoy achieving targets through warm and cold calling
- Have an understanding of the sales process
- Be hard working, self-motivated and ambitious
- Able to work effectively in a fast paced business and manage multiple priorities
- Must be able to use key Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
